The code for the key (Julian Code) which can be 8, 9, 17 or 18 digits long

OR IF YOU DO NOT HAVE THIS CODE THE FOLLOWING

A photograph of your Driving License

and

A photograph of page 2 of your V5 document (Proof Of Ownership)

and

A clear photograph of the pattern on the head of the locking bolt / nut in the wheel (Per example Picture)
